EXPERIENCE
I have been in the counseling field for 12 years. Counseling is a second career for me, but I have always been in roles where interacting with people and problem solving was the focus.
In my counseling career I have worked with people of all ages, from every background. I believe that all people deserve to be treated fairly and given the opportunity to tell their story. I have worked to treat people experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma disorders, and substance abuse issues. I focus on a person-centered, holistic approach that integrates all areas of a person's life in combination with a variety of treatment modalities.
